first_imgTFA is proud to announce the development, piloting and introduction of the AusSquad program. TFA is focused on the continued development of junior participation in sport and the growth of community links in sport. The AusSquad program will become a key element in the TFA junior framework and a key link between the AusTouch Program and pre-elite senior competition.11 to 15-year-olds are the target of the launch, which will involve a demonstration of the program’s clinics and will be conducted by a number of Australian Open players and coaches. The participants need to be there at 5.00pm for the launch to commence at 5.30pm. The participants are then encouraged to stay at the fields to watch the National Training Squads take on the Alliance in their first ever encounter. The participants will receive a free AusSquad shirt as well as a free barbecue taking place on the night.
